About Me

Greetings all! The name’s Jay. I am a 21-year-old Chinese lass born and raised in Vancouver, BC. I’m currently living in Guelph studying Animal Biology, but I’m a Van City lass at heart.  I’m Roman Catholic, fascinated by the sciences, passionate about the arts, a huge geek, pierced, tattooed, carnivorous and a lover of shiny, sharp objects.

I work as a groom at Hastings Racecourse in beautiful Vancouver during the summers, in part due to my love for horses and some possible Stockholm syndrome.

I have multiple addictions to dim sum, sushi, Jelly Babies, bacon, tequila, Doctor Who and bursting out into musical-style song and dance.  I’m constantly jumping from one art project to the next and have apparent issues with focus.  Despite being in the sciences I want to pursue a career as a tattoo artist, poking needles into people and leaving beautiful, permanent pieces of artwork behind.
